Petros Tsaparas – Partner
Petros leads the Geode team. With 20 years entrepreneurial experience he has owned and built several businesses from concept to profit, and raised over $25 million in capital for small businesses. Most recently as President of a business services company, with 35 staff operating across Western Canada, he grew sales by 20% and doubled earnings over a 3 year period before selling his ownership position.
Andrew Chacko – Partner
Andrew helps organizations grow their top line revenues by implementing effective, sustainable sales and marketing infrastructure. He has over 20 years sales and marketing experience with Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, more entrepreneurial businesses. He has founded and built businesses in highly competitive business sectors, and understands both the internal and external challenges small businesses face as they seek to grow their market share.
Brennan Mallory – Operating Partner
Brennan Mallory runs the day to day operations of W. P. Telectronics, Geode’s most recent acquisition. Brennan is a Professional Engineer with a background in project management and sales. Previously with Sepro Mineral Systems, he worked on developing the South American market and new products for the mineral processing industry. In 2017 Brennan took over the role of GM and co-invested in our acquisition of W.P. Telectronics. Since the acquisition he is focused on a successful transition to new management while continuing to grow the business.
Adam Cocks – Operating Partner
Adam Cocks runs the day to day operations of Rainbow Riggers, Geode’s first acquisition. Adam is a Professional Engineer with a background in facilities engineering and oilfield operations. He most recently worked in the Operational Excellence division of Cenovus Energy. In 2015 Adam took over the role of GM and co-invested in our acquisition of Rainbow Riggers. Since the acquisition he has successfully transitioned the company to the new management and is now focused soley on growing the business.
